Managed Support
The premise behind our Managed Support Contract is to provide cost effective cover for your organisation’s IT network infrastructure. With support options available via email, telephone, remote access or on site visits, you can be assured that your problems will be solved quickly.
Our aim is to help reduce your support costs each year by providing a unique approach of training the end user to prevent problems recurring, utilising remote access tools to administer your systems offsite, and standardising hardware/software builds so workstations can be restored quickly and easily.
Preventing Downtime
By providing regular onsite check ups on your supported equipment, and keeping up to date with technology issues relevant to your organisation, our Managed Support Contract is a pro-active service designed to help prevent problems arising in the first place. However, when problems do arise, we aim to have them resolved quickly and efficiently, with as little disruption to your business as possible.
What Do We Support?
· All Windows Server based, and peer-to-peer networks
· All Windows based workstations and associated peripherals
· All network routers/switches/hubs, associated cabling and all internet connections
How It Works
Once you have signed up to our Managed Support Contract our technicians will familiarise themselves with your current systems to ensure they can provide solutions as quickly as possible.
The regular fee, which is dependent on the equipment maintained, entitles you to email and telephone support. Where the technology allows, remote access support will also be provided. We will endeavour to resolve all issues using the above support methods. Where this is not possible, subject to your agreement first, we will allocate a technician for an on site visit.
For any software or hardware issues that may arise, we will liaise with any third party suppliers (Dell / IBM / HP etc) on your behalf.
We will provide regular health checks to ensure your network is operating as it should, with all machines up to date with any relevant security patches. This is very important to keep your network fully secure.
All on site technician visits are chargeable, with the exception of any health check visits.
How Much Does It Cost?
The cost will depend on the amount of equipment supported, however there is no fixed charge for this service as each contract is tailored to your organisation’s needs.
